RCU Control Engine

This is a FeeServer (C++) Control Engine for the RCU. It uses the DCS card message buffer interface to talk to the RCU via a device file in the embedded Linux machine.

This defines a simply library that users can use to make their own RCU FeeServer that suits the front-end electronics. Currently, it does not define any state-machines, but this could be added trivially. Note also, that not all commands understood by the Bergen RCU CE is supported at the moment.

If you want to cross compile for say the DCS ARM processor running Linux, you need to configure the source tree with

  prompt% ./configure --host=arm-linux

Try also ./configure --help to see what other options are available, and read INSTALL in the source directory.
