This package contains the program pedconf and the DIM based daemon pedconfd. The program pedconf will upload pedestals to the FMD front-end electronics. The daemon runs as a system service (started by init) on the Local Data Concentrator node. The daemon listens for commands, and when recieved spawns the pedconf program with a set of options as indicated in the command arguments. The daemon also publishes a state and log messages.
The package relies on Rcu++ for direct communication with the front-end, and DIM for the daemon communication.
