I've modified the FeeClient library a bit to be a truely stand-alone package. The changes effect the build system mainly. Also, I added a SPEC file for making RPMs as well as a debian sub-directory for making Debian GNU/Linux packages.

For build instructions, please see above.

You can make RPMs from the tar ball by doing 

  rpmbuild -ta feeclient-0.4.tar.gz
