ALICE Forward Detectors: T0, V0 and FMD

A Gtk GUI for editing the RCU configuration database. This uses the RcuConf library to read-from/write-to the database. The database back-end can be any back-end that RcuDb supports.

This uses Gtk-- version 2.4 (or better), so you need to have that development library installed to built this package.
